Mother's Day Pickup

This Mother's Day let Small Batch Barbecue handle the cooking - sides and proteins available a la carte, or let us prepare the entire meal! Treat Mom to something special to eat this year!

Order online here for pickup 1pm - 3pm on Sunday, May 9, 2021. Order cutoff is midnight, May 6, 2021

Options

Shrimp and Grits - $75
White shrimp lightly smoked and finished in a New Orleans style lemon butter sauce. 2 pounds of shrimp served atop our gouda grits

Stuffed Pork Loin - $65
Lean pork loin stuffed with spiced apples and rosemary wrapped in bacon lattice and smoked. Served with golden barbecue sauce

Pair of Smoked Cornish Hens - $55
Herb crusted Cornish game hens stuffed with house made cornbread dressing

*all sides are two quarts and should provide about 6-8 servings

Our Small Batch mac and cheese - rich and creamy, made with cheddar and smoked gouda

Baked Beans - $30
Our Small Batch Baked beans made with bacon and brisket

Blistered Green Beans with Bacon - $25
French cut green beans tossed in olive oil with thyme and parsley and roasted with bacon

Mushroom Risotto - $25
Sauteed mushrooms folded into creamy risotto cooked with white wine, vegetable stock, and parmesan

Green leaf lettuce with red pepper, carrots, red cabbage, and cornbread croutons. Served with house-made barbecue ranch dressing
